Cowboys Draft Update

With the 18th pick in the 2006 draft, Dallas selects Bobby Carpenter from the Ohio State University. He is a very versatile and talanted player that will man the Strong side opposite of last years #1 pick, Demarcus Ware. The boys also traded down from 49 to the 53 to aquire three additonal picks. The selected Anthony Fasano of Notre Dame. Fasano is a natural pass catcher that also excels at blocking. This cements the the fact that Dallas is going to play more 2 WR 2 TE sets to keep defenses honest. The cowboys final pick of day one is non other than the great Jason Hatcher out of Grambling?!?!?!?!? Who is this guy? I am going to give Parcells the benefit of the doubt on this one, but its questionable. My sources say he is extreamly talented but more of a project. Main areas that need to be addressed in day two are FS & OL. Heres hoping we get Ko Simpson out of South Carolina.

Dolfins get a very solid CB/S prospect in Eric Allen of Tennessee, and Derek Hagan, Postion WR from Arizona State.
