God I loved that movie! It is by far the best rendition of a childhood super hero movie to this date in time; and I might have found my future wife. Megan "thats why my last name is" Fox! Wow!!! I freakin love her. Thats all for now. Peace.

A Moment of Silence in Memory of Tony Fernandez

Today or yesterday, seeing that its already 12:00am I got the news that one of my friends passed away. My heart and prayers go out to his family and loved ones. The strange thing is that I asked if anyone had seen or heard of him the day he passed away.

You can never say the right words in these types of situations so I will just send out loving kindness to his passing on to the next life. He will be missed, but he is home now.

May he be at peace.
May his heart remain open
May he awaken to the light of his own true nature.
May he be healed.
May he be a source of healing for all.
